　　糖尿病，肥胖，心脏病和癌症的预防和治疗。上海复旦大学医学院临床医学学士，中国北京联合医学院科学硕士，法国波尔多大学博士学位。美国葛兰素公司博士后研究，多年墨尔本亨利王子医学研究所科研主任工作。自从2008以来担任昆士兰大学医学生物化学科学系相关职位。

　　研究领域（摘录）

　　内分泌细胞生物学

　　内分泌实验室主要关注细胞生物特性和功能之间的联系。细胞功能可能是内分泌细胞荷尔蒙的分泌，抑或是癌细胞的激增或死亡。我们关注荷尔蒙，这对控制生长发育，新陈代谢平衡，身体组织的大规模组成，衰老过程和血浆葡萄糖量（例如生长激素，小手素，胰岛素，胰高血糖素，脂肪细胞获得荷尔蒙）有着重要意义。一些内生和合成调整钛已经被测试对垂体和胰岛内分泌细胞具有调控作用。这些研究的长期目标是在治疗肥胖和糖尿病方面给找到有效方法来消除生长激素和消瘦素的缺乏。此外，在控制子宫内膜癌症研发过程中，内分泌实验室正着手研究一种刚发现的名为Ghrelin的荷尔蒙所产生的潜在有关旁分泌和自分泌的作用。

　　Richard Fitzgerald博士的研究和出版物探索研究媒体互动和语言，尤其涉及新闻和广播的大众交流，会员分类分析（Membership Categorization Analysis）的方法研发和应用，研究文化知识组织和互动实体的对话分析（Conversation Analysis）。

　Lisa Kidd博士

　　个人简介

　　Lisa Kidd博士毕业于昆士兰大学，在马科手术方面有着17年的经验。在悉尼和英国纽马克特的动物健康基金会有着马科实习和马科马科矫正实习经验后，她作为外科医生和经理在昆士兰大学马科专科医院工作两年。Kidd博士之后又在北美兽医医院（Purdue大学和俄亥俄州大学）。Kidd博士之后在新西兰梅西大学担任马科手术专业的高级讲师和负责人。

　　Kidd博士最近完成了她博士学位，关于骨头疲劳损伤和压力骨折研究。她研究领域涵盖了马科骨头疾病和马科舟状骨病。她临床研究领域包括了矫正手术，绞痛，跛足和成像。

　　Richard Robinson博士

　　Richard Robinson是昆士兰大学商务经济法律系旅游学院酒店管理专业高级讲师。

　　Robinson博士于2004年加入旅游学院，之前是管理俱乐部餐饮的大厨。他的研究关注旅游与酒店管理行业就业问题，旅游业的餐饮，教学学习的奖学金。在研究小组内，他协调研究一些国内和国际资助的项目，这些项目是有关于技能发展，职业文化，员工调动和就业政策问题。Robinson博士研究美食家的特点和他们的消费习惯，设计并评估有关旅游业和酒店业的教学项目。Robinson博士在这些领域的研究成果已经发表在核心学术期刊，丛书，国际会议项目和旅游酒店业从业者期刊上。

　　个人简介

　　Robert G Gilbert 教授是昆士兰大学营养与食物科学中心的科研教授。同时他也供职于中国政府外籍专家项目武汉Biolake高科技校园。Gilbert教授在1966年本科毕业于悉尼大学，在1970年获得澳大利亚国立大学博士学位。在1970至1972年间，他在美国麻省理工学院从事博士后工作。　　在2006年，他供职于昆士兰大学营养与食物科学中心，从事人类健康与葡萄糖聚合物（淀粉和糖原）的聚合物结构之间关系的研究。他是澳大利亚科学院成员之一，撰写400篇论文，创立了5项专利，撰写2本著作（有关于单分子反应和乳胶聚合作用）。他曾被引证12500次，是澳大利亚引证最多的化学家之一。

　　Gilbert教授对于机械学的洞察受到全世界的使用。近期，他把他对于人工聚合物的知识延展到对分支生物聚合的认识和分类，特别是对于淀粉和糖原的认识。这形成了独特的联合研究和理论方法来对这些生物聚合物复杂分子结构进行分类，目的是研究生物合成结构的特征关系来控制和减轻人类肥胖和糖尿病。

　　Gilbert教授曾获得悉尼大学杰出教师奖，在1992年被授予皇家澳大利亚化学研究院Smith奖章，表彰其在过去十年中在化学领域的杰出科研成果。在1995年又荣获该研究所的聚合物奖章。
