上海--HR and Admin Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist Office Manager in daily operation to improve the efficiency of shanghai office management, which include but not limited to scheduling, hotel reservation, client communication and office supply.
  • To assist Office Managerin following up and consolidating management reports,also act as stakeholder to improve Oscar system utilization with Shanghai team
  • Act as HR coordinator to search and recruitment

Expected Qualifications:

  • University graduate
  • 2 Years HR & Admin work experience
  • Experience in HR & Admin function
  • Very good command of English (CET 6 or equivalents)
  • Self-motivated
